It's kinda like Crack
A couple years ago when I lived in Korea this commercial would always come on and the song would always get stuck in my head, kinda like that Lykke Li commercial for Heineken. But here they basically just sing the telephone number over and over again. It's like crack. Not that I should know. But I do.
Vans?
...steppin up the branding, eh? This is a sick short film done by the LA Art collective What Matters Most, with music by Flying Lotus and Melvin Gibbs to boot!

Movie Posters
I ran across this cool poster for the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind that I had never seen before and I liked it alot, which inspired me to look for other interesting variations on movie posters. Here's what I found. Warning: you may experience a sever case of nostalgia. There's more after the jump ↓↓↓
En Quatre Couleurs
Plastic Bertrand was and still is a pretty original guy. I mean he's wearing that jacket in 1978, six years before Michael's Thriller. That's about all I can say about him...I haven't done much research. But I do love this song. And I love the description of the lyrics, "(they) are totally nonsensical... like "wham bam my splash cat" and "cellophane puppet, chinese hair."
YESSSSS... I am the King of the Divan!!
Yo Yo Ma and 'Lil Buck
I'm not much into performance art, but this Spike Jonze clip of famed violinist Yo Yo Ma collaborating with dancer 'Lil Buck had me completely mesmerized. Is this the future for live art? I hope so....
